System Integration

We know a lot about systems. Different systems, systems that do not communicate with each other. Many businesses have systems that should work together but don't. We have the knowledge, expertise and experience to achieve the goals set out before us.

We have developed the Elysiam Interface Protocol Server. Every EIPS we have created and installed has 3 main components.

  1. Interface
  2. An interface is the connection between two devices. We have developed interfaces that connect to a wide variety of technologies. We are very confident that we can connect our technology to almost anything.

  3. Protocol
  4. Every form of communication uses a protocol. A Protocol is an established method of communication. Once we have established an interface our software communicates with the 3rd party device or software using protocols.

  5. Server
  6. Using the interfaces and protocols our server or brains can now communicate with 3rd party devices, sending and receiving sensible information. The server part controls the flow of information and performs any inline modifications or tweaks required.

  EIPS

We have designed our EIPS to be full belt and brace systems where they operate without the need of supervision and maintenance. It would be impossible to program the EIPS for every eventuality so we have developed a system that puts into action mechanisms to overcome the problems without interfering with the operation of EIPS and its connected systems.

During specification stage we agree with the customer what should be done if possible undesirable situations occur. EIPS can perform any automated task. However, the most common request is that a progress report is produced and sent to a supervisor. The report contains the current status and the supervisor will put into action a predetermined course of action to be performed manually.
